Wholesale Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will allow returns with refund for 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with an unaltered jewelry tag/packaging.

Items that are excluded from this return policy are custom-made items (which includes all silver items that are not normally stocked pieces), and items that were on closeout/sale items.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the manner the original payment was received within 7 business days.

Repairs:

We stand by the quality of our products. If your jewelry breaks, send it back and I will repair for free within 45 days of purchase. If your jewelry breaks outside of this timeframe, please contact us for a quote. (please note, some of our stones are one of a kind, and limited quantity. We cannot guarantee a perfect match to be repaired/replaced).

 

Exchanges:

If an item is defective or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of receipt of the item for it to be eligible for an exchange. The defective/damaged item must be returned to us, and we will replace the item, or allow for an exchange of a different Item.

For items to be exchanged, they must be returned with their original tags intact.
